Greenfields of Avondale hosts many Cross Country Training Events and competitions throughout the year.

Greenfields is also the home of Drumclog Horse Trials.

Here at Greenfields, we run regular XC clinics throughout the year with regular Instructors David Gatherer and Olivia Wilmot. Training is run over the British Eventing Drumclog Horse Trials Fences, heights from 60cm to 1m with emphasis on providing a range of jumps to prepare horse and rider for competitions – whether it be their first time out or affiliated level. Please note discounts for Pony Club & Riding Club are available.

Open To Hire

Our Cross Country course here at Greenfields of Avondale is available to hire – weather permitting. We look forward to hearing from individuals, groups, pony club and riding clubs interested in hiring our space and facilities. We can assist in arranged for affiliated instructors and trainers for your event or alternatively you are welcome to bring your own.
